Academic Practice Forum

The University Teaching Fellows launched a new initiative in March 2015 – the Academic Practice Forum (APF). It is now held once a year, and is intended to be an opportunity for colleagues to share their innovative teaching and learning ideas.
The first Forum focused on curriculum developments, and had a number of examples of programmes which highlighted their creative pedagogy. These included developments by Teaching Fellows, or from programmes that have either been commended in the Annual Monitoring Exercise or have had an impact with high scores on the NSS. They are examples that have had a distinct impact on the University and our student body.
